Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is claiming the financial assistance on account of death of his spouse, who was working as Hindi Teacher and had passed away on 20.06.2021 due to Covid-19, which has not been granted despite submission of report of Death Audit Committee (Covid-19), whereafter even the Director Elementary Education, Haryana vide letter dated 20.10.2023, had requested the District Elementary Education Officer, Yamuna Nagar to remove the shortcomings and get the said report signed from Civil Surgeon and other committee members and to submit the same within a week for further action, which he states was also submitted. He submits that these facts would be brought to the notice of the authorities once again by filing a fresh representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the casethis petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within 4 weeks, the same be decided in 3 HAMANT 2024.08.14 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-16700-2024 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
