1. The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the relieving of petitioner vide letter dated 31.08.2015 as well as appointment of respondent No.4 on the post of Assistant Professor. 2. Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner submits that he is claiming for honarirum for the period, he worked with the respondents in terms of his appointment letter dated 14.10.2011 Annexure P-3 and circular dated 22.11.2011, Annexure P-5, which has not been decided, despite his representation having been submitted on 08.09.2015, Annexure P-9. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. * +
