The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the orders dated 22.04.2016 (Annexure P-6) and 04.10.2016/18.11.2016 (Annexure P-8 Colly) passed by respondent No. 1-Deputy Commissioner, UT, Chandigarh whereby respondent No. 3 was directed to take physical possession of SCF No. 244, Mani Majra, UT Chandigarh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
