Mr. Ishar has produced copy of the order dated 24.07.2025. As per which, the stand of the respondents reads as under:- "8.

Since the petitioners are residents of Chandigarh, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Security and Traffic, UT, Chandigarh has issued directions to the concerned Beat staff officials and PCR Vehicle Officials to carry out the regular beat Patrolling and PCR Vehicle Officials Patrolling at and around the residence of the petitioners to avoid any untoward incident.

9. That after analyzing all the threat perception reports pertaining to the petitioner received from the concerned offices and field units and after thorough examination of the entire case. It has been decided by the respondent authority that the personal security cover to the petitioner by the State of Punjab is not warranted. However, Senior Superintendent of Police, Security and Traffic, U.T. Chandigarh, has provided area security to the petitioner As such in compliance of the Hon'ble High Court order dated 27.05.2025 passed in CRWP No. 5523 of 2025, Speaking Order is being passed after taking into consideration all the relevant facts."

In view thereof, this Court does not find any reason to pass any order. However, State authorities shall take note of the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in CRWP No.5523 of 2025.
