(ORAL) [1] Present revision petition has been filed, assailing order dated 08.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of Principal Judge (Family court) whereby, evidence of the wife, who is respondent in proceedings under Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act have been closed by order.

[2] At the outset, counsels have proprosed the following order; [a] The petitioner be granted two effective opportunities to lead entire evidence;

[b] Trial Court be directed to decide the main petition, expeditiously;

[c] and the grant of effective opportunities to the wife to lead evidence be made subject to deposit on Rs.20,000/- costs.

[3] Finding it to be fair stand on part of both the counsels. Impugned order dated 08.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) is ordered to be modified accordingly.
