(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to execute the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner as the petitioner is a permanent member of respondent No.5- Society (Annexure P-1).

1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to take final decision on the representations dated 06.06.2021 and 08.07.2022 (Annexures P-7 and P-9 respectively), submitted by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to decide the representation dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel submits that in case, representation dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) has been received in the office of respondent No.3 (Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Gurugram), then the concerned authorities shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner, within a period of three months from today.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
