(ORAL) The appellant has filed the present appeal against order dated 29.04.2011 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), exercising the powers of District Judge, Balachaur, S.B.S. Nagar, whereby petition filed him under Section 13 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 for custody of minor Ravneet Kaur, has been dismissed.

Since minor Ravneet Kaur has attained majority on 05.02.2020, the present appeal has become infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
