MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above-mentioned petitions as they arise out of same FIR i.e. FIR No.26 dated 06.03.2019 registered under Section 304/34 of the IPC (Section 302 of the IPC deleted) at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana. 2.
Since the complainant has been examined, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he would not press the instant petition, however, he submits that in case one more material witness i.e. the brother of the complainant is also extended any threats by respondent No.2-accused, he would then avail the remedy under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 and for approaching the police for necessary protection.
