Learned State counsel refers to preliminary submission No.1 of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, wherein it has been stated that the pay of all the petitioners had been fixed in the demanded pay scale and even the arrears thereof were also released, in view of which, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of such. 3.
