(ORAL) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if representation dated 26.06.2019 (Annexure P-9) submitted by petitioner to respondent No.2, Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board, Sector 6, Panchkula is decided within a stipulated period in terms of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.702 of 2018 titled as 'State of Haryana and another Vs. Mohinder Singh' decided on 24.07.2018.

Without going into merits and demerits of claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board, Sector 6, Panchkula to decide representation dated 26.06.2019 (Annexure P-9) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in terms of judgment passed by this Court in LPA No.702 of 2018 titled as 'State of Haryana and another Vs. Mohinder Singh' decided on 24.07.2018 and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.
