This petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of the remaining retiral dues of the petitioner.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the entire retiral benefits has already been released in favour of the petitioner, hence, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
