**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 251 dated 30.9.2020, registered under Sections 171/392/394/397 IPC, Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 70% handicapped from the lower limb and the allegations against the petitioner are totally wrong.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. R.K.Ambavta, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. He has pointed out that the petitioner is also involved in four other cases.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. No ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. The petition is dismissed.
