***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The instant petition has been filed so as to assail order dated 09.07.2020 passed by respondent No.3-Collector Kalka and District Revenue Officer, Panchkula, in exercise of powers under Section 47-A of Indian Stamp Act.

The aforesaid order would be appealable in terms of Section 47A(4) of Indian Stamp Act. However, no such appeal has been filed by the petitioner. The petition as such is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy of statutory appeal.
