Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide the application dated 09.01.2018 (Annexure P2), moved by the petitioner, for his transfer from Chaura Bazaar Branch to S.B.S. Nagar Branch, Ludhiana and another application dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P3) for issuing "no objection certificate" enabling him to get visa to Australia. For the said purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 16.05.2018 (Annexure P4) as the matter in controversy involves that petitioner is aggrieved of his transfer order and there are allegations of harassment and bias conduct of the respondent-authorities. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to look into legal notice dated 16.05.2018 (Annexure P4) and take required action thereon, if any, expeditiously.
