***** JASPAL SINGH, J Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ particularly in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the retiral benefits i.e. gratuity and computation of pension etc. along with interest @ 9% p.a. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though representations dated 06.03.2018 and 09.07.2018 (P-6 and P-7 respectively) were moved to the respondents but till date neither any response has been received nor any conscious decision has been taken. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide latest representation dated 09.07.2018 (P-7), within a stipulated period.
