CRWP-5950-2025 -2respondent no.5 to her house and this fact has also been proved from the Call Details of the parties. Accordingly as per previous telephonic talk between the parties, respondent No.5 along with respondents No.8, 9 and one Neelam had gone to the house of the petitioners to talk the about money dispute but during conversation in the house of the petitioners, the parties started clashing with each other and caused simple injuries to each other. Thus the said respondents No.5, 8, 9 and Neelam had not gone to the house of the petitioners with an intention to fight and rather they had gone with intention to talk as previously agreed by them on telephone but during conversation, they clashed and caused simple injuries to each other.

However, the injuries caused by respondents No.5, 8, 9 and Neelam to petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 as per MLRS of petitioners No.1, 3 and 4, are simple in nature which constitute offence u/s 115 (2) of BNS which is a Non-Cognizable offence and therefore GDR No.41 dated 26.05.2025 has been lodged in this regard. However, there is absolutely no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents.

5.

That similarly respondent No.9 and Neelam had also sustained simple injuries from the hands of the petitioners in the same occurrence which constitute offence u/s 115 (2) of BNS which is a Non- Cognizable offence and therefore GDR No.23 dated 08.06.2025 has also been lodged."

3.

In view thereof, no further action is required. 4.
