RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Appellant-Sabina, has filed the present appeal against the order dated 20.10.2010 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), SAS Nagar, Mohali, whereby the petition filed by respondentMohammad Hanif, for custody of minor child-Huma Parveen, who was born on 15.09.2000, was allowed and the appellant was directed to hand over the custody of minor child to the respondent within two months from the date of said order.

Since, minor child-Huma Parveen, has attained majority, the present appeal has become infructuous.
