Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for seeking regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 002, dated 17.01.2019, under Sections 21, 25, 29, 61 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Mukandpur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Punjab). 2.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhushan Lal, submits that although petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 05.05.2022, but thereafter he has been implicated in another FIR No. 83, dated 26.12.2022, under Sections 8/18/20/21/27A/62 of NDPS Act, registered at Police NCB, Chandigarh.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.
