(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 26.08.2021 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner for registration of an FIR against M/s. Gupta Property Developers and its partners. Counsel appearing for the U.T., Chandigarh has argued that on completing the investigation, it is found by Inspector Jitender Singh that as per the enquiry conducted so far, no offence is made out and the matter is of civil dispute.
