(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned Seniority list dated 09.07.2020 (Annexure P-1) whereby respondent No.2 is proposing to promote 47 employees from Staff Nurse to the post of Nursing Sister. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that impugned seniority list has been withdrawn and she has tendered an office communication dated 29.09.2022 in support of her contentions, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'.

In view thereof nothing survives for adjudication before this Court.

Qua her other prayers, petitioner is at liberty to pursue with the department by filing an appropriate representation, which shall be looked into by the department in accordance with law and appropriate orders thereof shall be passed as expeditiously as possible. In case, any adverse orders are passed, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
