Vide order dated 05.10.2023, matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, under the hope that the dispute would be resolved amicably.

Accordingly, parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, and reached at a settlement. Settlement agreement dated 03.11.2023, has been prepared and signed by all the parties concerned. Report of the learned Mediator alongwith settlement agreement dated 03.11.2023, has been forwarded to this Court also, which is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement agreement dated 03.11.2023, arrived at before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw PRASHANT KAPOOR 2023.12.13 18:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2(b) does not raise any objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
