CWP No.20695 OF 2018 (O&M) --2-- ACP scale, annual increments, full pay w.e.f. 08.06.2016 to 31.01.2018, remaining pay of suspension period, full amount of overtime allowance for the period 09.10.2017 to 31.01.2018, pension and pensionary benefits w.e.f. 01.02.2018 till date and arrears of same with interest @ 12% p.a. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though legal notice dated 18.06.2017 (P-4) was duly served upon the respondents but till date neither any reply to the said legal notice has been received nor any final order has been passed by the respondents. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide aforesaid legal notice, in a time bound manner.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General State Transport, Haryana, Sector 17, Chandigarh to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated 18.06.2017 (P-4) and to take a conscious decision, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the aforesaid authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
