***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that question of regularization of 155 persons is pending adjudication. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.2 made a statement before this Court that in compliance to the order dated 31.10.2018, a verification of 103 candidates has been made except Attar Singh and Karanvir Singh. It has been further pointed out by learned counsel for respondent No.2 that the regularization orders qua the above named two persons has been ordered to be kept in a branch and their salaries has also been withheld. In light of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is accordingly rendered infructuous.
All other civil miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
