3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) The prayer in this writ petition is that despite having been promoted the arrears were not released to the petitioner while the same was released to one Rajinder Singh.

In reply it has been stated that the petitioner was promoted on 04.09.2012 (pursuant to the direction of this Court) and Rs.1,99,753/- was released to him in June, 2013 and an amount of Rs.67,000/- odd was released to him in the month of December, 2013 while the arrears of said

C.W.P No.3336 of 2014 -2Rajinder Singh were paid in August, 2013.

In these circumstances, it cannot be said that there was any special delay qua the petitioner. In case the petitioner feels himself entitled to interest he may file a civil suit in this regard. Petition stands disposed of.
