**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain averments and the documents could not be appended along with the original writ petition. He, however, stated that an application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking amendment of the writ petition. He prayed that the writ petition and the amendment application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars instead of seeking amendment in the writ petition. 3.
