The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a writ of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned action of the respondents whereby they have changed the original lay out plan of the New Vegetable and Fruits Market, Sector-16, Faridabad.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedy, as may be available to it, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
