(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.250, dated 19.11.2020, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 27.05.2021 (Annexure P2). 2.

Pursuant to order dated 05.10.2021, report dated 26.10.2021 has been received from Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Guruharsahai, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.250, dated 19.11.2020, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
