(Oral) Petitioner's application for the release of his land abutting National Highway No.8 appears to be under consideration of the Competent Authority-cum-Land Acquisition Collector-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gurgaon (North). It is claimed that favourable recommendations have already been made by the Project Director, National Highway Authority of India vide memo dated 11.05.2016.
There is no legal issue involved in this writ petition which may calls for adjudication by this Court. We thus dispose of the same without expressing any views on the merits of petitioner's claim, with liberty to him to pursue the matter before the Competent Authority who shall surely take some decision on the recommendations said to have been made by the Project Director, National Highway Authority of India.
