Challenge in the present petition is for rejection of the candidature of the petitioner without assigning any reason. 2.

This Court vide order dated 25.08.2022, had directed the petitioner to provisionally participate in the selection process, the result of which has been produced in a sealed cover and the same was opened, wherein he has secured 54 marks, therefore, he is not qualified for the interview. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2-Commission, on instructions from Pankaj, Assistant, submits that the cut off marks under the general category is 61.91.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner being unable to controvert the same, does not press the petition any further. 5.

Disposed of.
