The petitioner applied for grant of permission for Change of Land Use (CLU) in respect of a piece of land which falls within the area of Municipal Corporation, Rohtak. Alleging that no decision is being taken on his application, the instant writ petition has been filed. It may be mentioned here that the petitioner sought permission for CLU to construct a shop at the site. The Municipal Corporation has filed its written statement pointing out that discrepancies have been found in the application submitted by the petitioner and when he would remove those discrepancies, an appropriate decision in accordance with law/rule shall be taken. CWP-26979-2015 (O&M) -2In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that if petitioner removes the discrepancies as pointed out by the Municipal Corporation and submit the requisite documents, the Corporation shall take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of submission of all the documents.
