ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The learned State has filed the reply today in the Court and the same is taken on record and further, based on the reply, submits that the petitioner has filed a frivolous petition and now even a kalandra has been filed under Sections 107 and 150 of Cr.P.C.

Given the stand of the State coupled with the fact that the petitioner is absent, it shows that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present matter.

The present petition is disposed of as such. Liberty is reserved to file afresh, if need arises.
