Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Ms.Paramjit Kaur, Deputy Registrar, has submitted that in pursuance of the application filed by the petitioner, all the parties concerned have been heard by the Registrar of the Punjab Co-operative Society and since the Registrar is not keeping good health, the final decision could not be taken but the same would be taken within a period of two months from today. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same in case the respondent back tracks from the statement made before this Court.
