CWP-22456-2017 The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 09th May, 2017 (Annexure P-1), whereby, respondent No.1 had taken the symbolic possession of the property of the petitioner and is in process of taking physical possession of the residential house of the petitioner as well.
