The instant case was filed on 26.07.2019 by Mr. Nihal Singh Chaudhary, Advocate. The Registry raised some objections on the case file on 26.07.2019.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry, is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, so as to re-file it, within a total period of 40 days. However, in the instant case, the file with objections was not taken back for re-filing after removal of objections, despite publication of the notice. 3.
It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in the Court for appropriate orders.
