ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. On 31.03.2021, an objection was raised by counsel for the complainant that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands dismissed by this Court and therefore, this petition is not maintainable. It is further submitted that a period of 01 year has lapsed, however, he has not surrendered.

It is further submitted that since the case is still at the investigation stage, the petition for quashing of the FIR is pre-mature, in view of the judgment of "Neeharika Infrastructure Private Limited vs State of Maharashtra and others", 2021 SCC (Online) SC 315. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
