HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner seeks directions to respondent Nos.1 & 2 to decide appeal dated 11.02.2022 (P.6) filed against letters dated 12.11.2021 (P.2), 16.11.2021 (P.3) and 04.02.2022 (P.5) as well as appeal dated 19.04.2022 (P.8) filed against letter dated 03.03.2022 (P.7). Notice of motion.

Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate puts in appearance for the respondents and submits that both the said appeals are pending before respondent No.2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeals expeditiously in accordance with law after affording reasonable opportunities of hearing to the parties concerned, preferably within a period of three months. However, it would be open to the petitioner to move appropriate application seeking interim relief. If such application is filed before respondent No.2, the same be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter.
