(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of award dated 12.01.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Labour Court, Gurugram vide which the claim of the petitioner was partly allowed and for directing the respondentauthorities to release the salary of the petitioner and issuance of No Objection Certificate, earned leave, gratuity and other benefits to the petitioner for the period of service rendered by him with the respondents. 2.

On 09.12.2022, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, today also position remains the same. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
