G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Case has been called twice, however, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner was not present on 16.01.2019 and 08.04.2019. The challenge in the writ petition is to the suspension order dated 28.05.2018 of the Managing Committee of respondent no. 4. It is apparent that the term of the Managing Committee seems to have run out and, therefore, the petitioner has lost interest in the litigation. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
