H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh, states that the petitioner has not joined the investigation in terms of the directions issued to him by the Court vide last order. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in touch with him.

Under the circumstances, since the petitioner has not complied with the order directing him to surrender before the police and join the investigation within two weeks, the petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order of the Court.
