The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for modifying the impugned order dated 31.08.2020 (Annexure P6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat for granting maintenance to the petitioner from the date of filing of the petition and also for enhancement of the maintenance amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as a compromise has been entered into between the parties. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
