***** JASPAL SINGH, J By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant benefit of 3rd ACP grade pay of Rs.5400/- in pay band of Rs.9300-34800 w.e.f. 01.09.2014, pay equal to juniors and benefit of 7th pay commission with interest. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though representation dated 30.06.2018 (P-6) was moved to the respondent(s) but till date no conscious decision has been taken. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide aforesaid representation, within a stipulated period. 3.
