(Oral) The petitioner has no locus-standi at this stage to question the advertisement and that too with half-baked information. Petitioner ought to have brought the complete details re: as to how many reserved vacancies are carried forward and how many reserved vacancies were earlier de-reserved or utilized by the open category candidates. Thereafter only, the question of reservation in excess of 50% cap can be considered. No such information is on record.
