This is a petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in COCP-3826-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make out any case for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents on the basis of aforesaid order.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
