The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of orders dated 19.09.2013 and 24.09.2013 (Annexures P-3 and P-4, respectively) passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies, as may be available to her under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
