(Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 25.11.2019 passed in CWP No.34192 of 2019, vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice. As per the affidavit of the Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, vide two communications dated 15.11.2022, regarding the legal notice, the petitioner is informed that her case is not covered under the Haryana Aided Schools (Special Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2001.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
