Present writ petition is for considering the case of petitioner for his appointment on compassionate grounds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been making representations for his appointment on compassionate grounds since 2002 and the matter remained pending with the respondents. The same has been rejected without any reason.

As the present controversy involves leading of evidence, the writ petition shall not be an appropriate remedy and hence, the same stands dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to seek his alternative remedy wherein he can take all the pleas including the plea of condonation of delay and in case such a plea is take before the Court, it shall take into consideration all these facts considerably.
