SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) In deference to the directions issued by this Court in CWP No.10749-2016 (Sunil @ Sunil Dutt and others vs State of Haryana and others), decided on 27.05.2016, though State of Haryana has released the land/houses of the petitioners but served them with the impugned Notice dated 11.07.2018 asking for development charges to the tune of `46,18,143/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to represent against the above-stated Notice so far as quantification of development charges are concerned. Ordered accordingly.
