(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.90 dated 06.07.2015, registered under Sections 323, 324 and 34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 wherein offence under Sections 307 and 326 IPC added later on at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal, states that the trial in the subject FIR ended in acquittal of the petitioner through judgment dated 03.10.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Pathankot, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Dismissed as infructuous.
