Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3-Deputy Chief Executive Officer, District Parishad, Amritsar to conclude the enquiry marked to him vide order dated 13.09.2016 (Annexure P2) passed by respondent No.2-Director, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. However, no action has been taken for a period over two years.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Chief Executive Officer, District Parishad, Amritsar to look into the matter and take required action on the complaint dated 27.07.2016 (Annexure P1) expeditiously and conclude the enquiry proceedings within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
