Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 23.3.2024 under Sections 22/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, certain discrepancies have crept in the bail petition of the petitioner. He seeks and is permitted to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to approach the concerned Special Judge/Sessions Court for seeking regular bail on merits thereof. 3.
